  • How to I make a personal purchase?
    You can shop on this website, add items to your shopping cart, checkout and pay for your items. Marketing will contact you when your order is ready.
  • How do I submit a corporate order?
    You may shop on this website, add items to your order and click on submit. When you are done filling your shopping card, select "Checkout." Select the "Manual" payment option, fill-in the required fields and be sure to complete the Dept/Cost Center/Purpose for purchase field and submit your order online. Marketing will contact you with further details.
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We accept online credit card payments and Paypal via the "Checkout" or "Paypal" selections. For manual personal purchases, we are currently accepting checks only.
  • Are you able to do custom orders for events, agents, or clients?"

  • Is there a showroom?
    Yes, we currently now have a promo room on the 3rd floor, but have no official store hours. If you would like to see a product in-person and happen to be in the office, please contact Geri oshita via email: geri.oshita@ficoh.com.
  • Is there a shipping charge for orders?
    All associate and corporate purchases picked up at Ward or sent via courier to WOO, will be free of shipping charges. However, personal associate purchases shipped to residences will be charged for shipping on ficohlogostore.com. For all corporate purchases that need to be shipped to another business or personal address, their department's cost center will get charged after shipment is made.
