Associates who make personal purchases pay no shipping/handling fees if orders are picked up in the Ward office (5th floor marketing).  WOO associates may also request items to be sent to the office free of charge. Currently, there is a $7.75 shipping fee per box for domestic shipping.

 

All corporate order cost centers will be charged for shipping separately at a later date.  Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate shipping charges on ficohlogostore.com at this time.  For agents and other external client donations or purchases, we will gladly ship items out via our warehouse of in-house stock.  We just ask that you allow 3-7 business days for order fulfillment on Oahu and 4-8 business days for Maui, Kauai, Big Island and Lanai.
